1. Eligibility for Refund

We offer refunds only in specific situations:

  • Technical Issues: If, after purchasing a subscription, you are unable to access or use the calculator(s) due to technical problems (such as login failure, calculator not loading, calculation errors, or site malfunction), you must notify us within 3 days of your subscription purchase.
  • We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue.
  • If we are unable to resolve the technical problem satisfactorily, you will be eligible for a full  refund within 7 days of your notification.

          Other cases may be considered at our sole discretion, including:

  • Billing errors (e.g., incorrect amount charged or duplicate charges).

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind or decision not to use the service after successful access.
  • Dissatisfaction with the calculation results or outputs.
  • Requests made more than 3 days after the date of subscription..
  • Minor issues that can be resolved through our customer support.
  • Violation of our Terms and Conditions (e.g., account abuse, unauthorized sharing, or misuse).
  • Promotional, discounted, or trial subscriptions (unless explicitly stated otherwise).
  • Once you have successfully accessed and used the calculator features, no refunds will be provided.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Please provide the following details:
    • Your subscription ID or registered email address
    • Detailed description of the technical issue
    • Screenshots or video proof (if possible)
    • Date and time when the issue started

We will respond to your refund request within 24–48 hours.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (UPI, card, bank transfer, etc.) within 7 business days.
  • No additional processing fees will be deducted.
  • Once a refund is issued, your subscription will be automatically cancelled and access to the calculators will be revoked.

5. Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

  • Cancelling a subscription will prevent further access to membership features after the current subscription period expires. However, refunds will only be granted in accordance with the eligibility criteria described in this Refund Policy.

  • Subscription cancellation does not automatically qualify a user for a refund, and all refund requests will be reviewed based on the terms outlined above.

6. Our Rights

  • DeepCalculator.in reserves the right to review, approve, reject, or request additional information regarding any refund request submitted by a user.

  • Refund requests may be denied if there is evidence of misuse, abuse of services, policy violations, fraudulent activity, unauthorized transactions, or any attempt to obtain access to services in a manner inconsistent with our Terms and Conditions.
